MANNING AND CREWING SERVICES

The company recruits maritime professionals ONLY based on documents for both sea and river navigation, as follows:

• Deck Officers (for all types of vessels)
• Engine Officers (for all types of vessels)
• Electricians
• Bosuns (Gas Carriers and Tankers)
• Helmsmen, Fitters, Seamen
• Cooks (Gas Carriers and Tankers)
• Cabin Stewards and Stewardesses

To apply, you must complete the following:

• GDPR Declaration (Personal Data Protection Agreement)
• Service Agreement
• Application Form

Once all application forms are completed, please send them to  office@d-seaglorymanning.com, along with scanned copies of all documents and certificates you possess.

All required documents can be downloaded from the official website of “D-SEAGLORY MANNING” Ltd.

• Fluent Maritime English – Official Marlins Test with a score over 70%
• Minimum of two employment contracts in the rank for which you are applying
• References or recommendation letters from previous employers are considered an advantage
• Valid Certificate of Competency (CoC) for the applied or higher rank

After approval based on your documents, a mandatory interview will be conducted with the company’s manager.

Every new applicant must provide:

• Proof of seagoing service, issued by Executive Agency Maritime Administration (EAMA) or a Seaman’s Book
• References from previous employers
• Valid documents (passport, STCW certificates, etc.)

Definition of "Seagoing Service":

The seagoing service refers to the actual time spent at sea (years, months, days), proven by a Certificate of Seagoing Service issued by the Maritime Administration offices in Burgas, Varna, Lom, or Ruse.

Every applicant must meet the following conditions:

∙ Successfully passed a medical examination, as instructed at the company’s office

∙ All required documents for the desired position must be valid for at least one year from the date of submission

∙ The applicant must demonstrate sufficient English proficiency, which will be assessed during the interview
